Income Protection is relatively unknown in the media and many people confuse it with Payment Protection.  PR therefore needed to raise awareness of dg mutual and the benefits of this insurance.

Solution:                               
Reflection PR clarified what Income Protection was by writing a number of articles including Top Tips, FAQ’s and case studies.  Key messages about how dg mutual is a trusted company have been conveyed to the media including the fact that 99% of claims were paid out.

Results:                                 
In the first 6 months of activity, coverage has reached over 244,541 people.  This includes an article in the FT Adviser about claim payout rates.
