our story

Once upon a time there was a PR agency in Norwich who wanted to do things a little differently.

Reflection PR launched in 2009 to offer a results-orientated service. We believe in a professional approach and our team are members of The Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) - the largest marketing community in the world.

You can read more about our values here and meet the team below:

Suzy Pettican, managing director

Suzy kicked off her career in the leisure and tourism sector, managing marketing and events for a hotel and Golf and Country Club.

Working her way up to head of marketing and communications for the UK's largest affordable housing provider, Suzy launched Reflection PR in 2009, scooping a Silver award for Outstanding Small PR Consultancy in its third year.

As well as running a business, Suzy is kept busy renovating her 1930's home and training her energetic Patterdale Terrier!

She likes nothing better than a weekend walk along the North Norfolk coastline, finished off with a stop-off at a dog friendly bar or restaurant.

Hannah Freeman, account director

Passionate about great client service and delivering creative campaigns, Hannah brings more than 10 years' PR and marketing experience to the team, both in-house and agency side.

Not one to shy away from a challenge, Hannah completed her self-build home the same year she became a Mum.

She can often be found at any one of East Anglia's top attractions, in a bid to keep her two energetic girls entertained and her house mess-free!
