Once upon a time there was a PR agency in Norwich who wanted to do things a little differently.

Reflection PR launched in 2009 to offer a range of flexible, professional PR services and we are proud to have won Silver for Outstanding Small Consultancy, East Anglia, in our third year.

Our team are members of The Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) - the largest marketing community in the world.

Meet our PR team...

Suzy Pettican, managing director


With a talent for creating ideas, Suzy kicked off her career in the leisure and tourism sector 16 years ago, managing marketing and events.

Initially workng in marketing and studying with The Chartered Institute of Marketing, a love of writing then saw Suzy specialise in PR and gain an Advanced Certificate from The Chartered Institute of Public Relations. After a spell in Hertfordshire, she returned to Norfolk and worked her way up to head of marketing and communications for one of the UK's largest national housing providers. 

Launching Reflection PR in 2009, Suzy enjoys growing the business, rennovating her 1930's home and training her energetic Patterdale Terrier!

Hannah Freeman, account director


Passionate about great client service and delivering creative campaigns, Hannah brings more than 10 years' PR and marketing experience to the team.

Thriving off the variety of agency life, Hannah has worked for consumer, b2b, public sector and not-for-profit clients, including national brands. She has also completed the CIPR Diploma, a postgraduate qualification aimed at developing strategic PR planning and communications management skills.

In 2011, she led the team that scooped the 'best campaign under £10k' title in the CIPR awards. And in the same year became mum to Phoebe and completed another big project - her self-build home!

Amanda Bunn, account director


Amanda is a natural people person and with her enthusiasm and creativity, its no wonder she chose a career in PR!


Graduating with a BA (Hons) in Marketing in 2005, Amanda began her career as an events assistant before getting her big break in PR.


Quickly becoming reputable in travel and tourism and consumer PR, she has worked for Thai Airways, Hoseasons, the Royal Norfolk Show, Northumberland Tourism and Bernard Matthews. And her media contacts include the UK's leading travel journalists and bloggers.


Amanda can often be found hosting a Come Dine With Me dinner party or enjoying an energetic gym class.

Neil Pettican, director


With a head for numbers and a business qualification from Cranfield University, Neil is a Director of Reflection PR and Suzy's long-suffering husband!

Neil puts his strong business and sales background to good use, working as a National Account Manager for a multi-national organisation. As a great sounding board for Reflection PR, he also helps us with back office functions so we can focus on delivering a great service to our clients!
