Once upon a time...

We look forward to hearing your story.
Reflection

our story

Once upon a time there was a PR agency who wanted to do things a little differently.

Reflection PR was launched in 2009 to offer a range of PR activities with no long-term contracts; just a flexible, professional service.

From previous, not always satisfactory, experiences of using PR and Marketing agencies, this consultancy was born to offer a transparent way of working - hence the name, Reflection PR.

Our team are members of The Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) and Suzy is also a member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) - the largest marketing community in the world.

We're extremely driven to achieve great results and we won Silver for Outstanding Small Consultancy in the CIPR's Pride Awards, East Anglia from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

What makes us tick? Take a look at our values.

Here's our story:

Suzy Pettican, founder and managing director

Suzy

With a talent for creating ideas, Suzy kicked off her career in event management fourteen years ago where she organised corporate golf days and events.

She studied with The Chartered Institute of Marketing before her love of writing saw Suzy specialise in PR and study with The Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

After a spell in Hertfordshire, Suzy returned to Norwich and worked her way up to Head of Marketing and Communications for one of the UK's largest national housing providers.

She founded Reflection PR in 2009; the same year she became a finalist for the CIPR's Outstanding Young Communicator award.

Hannah Freeman, account director

Hannah

Passionate about great client service and delivering creative campaigns that achieve results, Hannah brings more than 10 years' PR, communications and marketing experience to the team.

CIPR qualified, she completed the Diploma in 2009, a postgraduate qualification aimed at developing strategic PR planning and communications management skills. Thriving off the variety of agency life, she has worked for consumer, b2b, public sector and not-for-profit clients, including national brands and regional organisations.

In 2011, she led the team that scooped the CIPR title for 'best campaign under £10k' in the East Anglian awards. And in the same year became mum to Phoebe and completed another big project - her self-build home!
